Booking terms and conditions

Booking on-line with mour Hotel ensures that you are booking our Best Available Rate.

Payment terms
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Full payment is due on departure from the Hotel, unless you have contracted invoice terms. If you fail to arrive or you cancel your reservation after 12.00 noon day prior to arrival, mour Hotel reserves the right to charge your card for one night's accommodation.

Discounted rates are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable.

We would like to inform you that either a Credit or Debit card will be required on check- in, which will be authorised for extras during your stay. This is a compulsory requirement, and no guests will be permitted to check- in without a valid Credit or Debit card.

Advertised Rates
All rates quoted are subject to availability and inclusive of VAT tax at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated. Rates quoted cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion.

Cancellations
Deposits received in conjunction with pre-paid bookings are non transferable & non refundable in the event of a cancellation.

All other bookings will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night contracted cost of stay, charged to your credit/debit card, if cancellation occurs after 12.00 noon day prior to arrival.

Bookings for groups in excess of 9 rooms will be subject to their own specific terms and conditions detailed on your booking.

Special Requests
Guest rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. We ask you to check out by 11am on the day of departure, although late check-out is available on selected offers & promotions.

By prior arrangement and for £25 per stay we welcome small, well behaved dogs. Dogs must not be left on their own at any time, must always be on a lead and are not allowed in the public areas.
